Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has declared a 24 hour curfew in over the on going protest and massive looting across some part of the state.
The Governor said the curfew became necessary as the protest in the state is no longer peaceful and some hoodlums took advantage and start destroying government properties and facilities.
