House of Reps to Reconvene Plenary on Wednesday

The House of Representatives has announced an earlier resumption of plenary, scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, contrary to its previous adjournment resolution.
According to a statement signed by Rep. Akin Rotimi, Spokesman of the House, the decision follows positive developments in engagements and interventions across various levels of government, particularly regarding contractors’ agitations and the release of funds under the 2024/2025 budget
At the plenary, the House is expected to formally rescind its earlier adjournment resolution and resume proceedings.
The leadership will brief members on progress made in resolving these issues and other related matters of national importance.
The leadership urges all Honourable Members to make necessary arrangements to attend the plenary.
